The return of the gemstones if in case, should be done without any wear and tear with 2days of the receival of the gemstone. The return gemstone will be inspected by our gemological experts with the certificate that we sent and then the return will be made. The refund will be made immediately once after this verification process is over. Incase of exchange, you can choose any other stone and then be you can pay the difference amount of any upgraded gemstones price that you may choose.
